Image for Entry 1285335902We just got the City of Coldwater / CBPU "Between the Lines" Sept. 2010 newsletter in the mail. They're advertising the Halloween parade on page 2, but the photo is obviously not of Coldwater's parade nor even from Coldwater. It looks like Mardi Gras or something! Have the clowns come to take us over?
