A women’s self-defense program----For ages 14 and older. This class is a hands on
study of personal protection at home, school and at the workplace. We have
designed street-wise techniques so that size or strength, age or athletic ability is
not factors in defending one’s self. Learn to act on stressful situations rather than
being controlled by them in a fun, go-at-you-own-pace environment. An ongoing
course, where students have the opportunity to continue their education in the
same location with no hidden fees! Instructors hold a ranking of at least 1st Degree
Black Belt and maintain a continual (bi-monthly) certification to ensure the highest
level of quality for their students. Uniforms are available, but are not required.

There are 2/6 week classes offered this semester.

6 Weeks: STARTS: MARCH 9, 2020
Tuition: $20.00 each 6-week session
Family Rate: 2 or more students in the same household $40.00 each session
